The veteran director, who turned 75 on Saturday, celebrated his birthday in a grand manner coinciding with the launch of his 101st directorial venture. The veteran director's Poi went to floors in Chennai. Poi starring Tollywood hero Uday Kiran and a debutant Vimala, a Tamil settled in Sri lanka, will be shot in Sri Lanka.
